Here's the million dollar question, do you own a business or does a business own you?
Easiest way to answer that question is can you go away on holiday for 2 weeks and still make money and still have operations carry out your services?
If it's a no, then you need to read on.
I was like you. Wanting to own a business and yet I owned a job. Being Billy Big Bo!!ocks as self employed man yet I didn't have a clue how to get a customer, thinking that word of mouth was the thing that was going to get me to where I wanted to go.
Does that sound familiar to you?
I was that bad at owning a job I had to flit in and out of proper employment. Yes, I even had to work at a debt collection agency to stop myself from being chased by one.
Have you ever had to do that?
I didn't know how to get leads, never mind sales. I wasted money I couldn't afford on things that I thought would help my business take off. Yet, 3 months later all I had to show for it was less money in my bank account. Burned again :(
Is that something that has happened to you?
But then I got the right people on the bus, which helped me grow a team, create systems that were repeatable (and heck I even automated part of it to work while I was asleep) and made me more money and saved me more time.
This is the amazing Sausage Machine that I talk about. It really does give you mo money, mo time.
And I can help do it for your business too.

Mrs Nursery came to me to make sure her message was more targeted and that they were hitting the right people on their list.
During the initial deep dive, we found out that it was taking her 2 hours each time to write her weekly email.
Being a wordsmith and storyteller, we immediately put in a process for her to give 3 ideas from her week to put into a story, taking about 5 minutes of Mrs Nursery's time. We then got to work, creating the story, before passing it back to make sure we hit the right notes, in Mrs Nursery's voice.
By doing this we saved Mrs Nursery a whole working day a month
We built a "Sausage Machine" for Mr Events and tripled the turnover to 7 figures in a 3 year period.
Utilising Facebook Ads, SMS, emails and sales calls, we were able to scale up in a way that meant it gave the owner more free time and more responsibility to the staff.
We tracked key numbers through the KPIS and built large followings on Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram, giving a large library of social proof through our social media management.
Ms Wedding originally came to use for Facebook Ad support, having trying to do this herself, she felt she couldn't get the results she wanted.
After doing a gentle test, spending a small amount of money, we got some decent results in a competitive market, getting leads for a good cost.
During one of our weekly reviews though, we found one of those "tenners down the back of the couch" and decided to create a complete pivot to chase her more profitable clients via a direct mail campaign, backed with sausage machine processes, which will mean the lifetime value of her client will grow and she won't be on the constant treadmill that most wedding vendors experience.
We would love to have a chat with you about your business to see where we can find you some easy wins.
